I offer long-term and short-term art therapy and counselling online via: VIDEO, EMAIL, VOICE-ONLY or PHONE and INSTANT MESSENGER

My approaches are a mixture of person-centred, integrative, psychodynamic, cognitive, behavioural and holistic therapies, these different methods are adapted to suit your needs. I offer a range of modalities from DBT, CBT, Play Therapy to Art Psychotherapy.

I believe in working with all aspects of ourselves; the mind, body, emotional, financial and spiritual parts of ourselves to create a secure, healthier sense of self.

Session prices vary depending on your online session and time length. I also offer a FREE Online Consultation as a chance to get to know you and what you’d like to get out of therapy.

Tanisha Hartigan-Ripp, MA, BAATN, AThR.

Hi, I’m Tanisha. I work in art psychotherapy and counselling within face-to-face communities and online. I’ve been involved in various community development programs and projects for over 9 years, including running a funded community group, supporting international development projects in Brazil and various parts of Japan.

I hold a Masters of Art Therapy Degree with Distinction Award achieved through a British Association of Art Therapists (BAAT)-approved training. I’m a professional member of the Australian, New Zealand and Asian Creative Therapies Association (ANZACATA).

With a specialist interest in diversity, migration, cross-cultural issues and psychosocial dynamics, I work with a great deal of culturally, racially & ethnically diverse individuals. Common issues are: internal conflicts with one’s own race, discrimination at work, conflicts in Christianity, Islam or other religious identities, practices and in the LGBTQIA community.
